With the hustle and bustle of the holidays, we all seem to be a little stressed at this time of the year. There is so very much to do and so little time to be doing it in. Amazingly new research from The University of Western Ontario proves that stress has plagued humans for hundreds, and perhaps thousands of years. The first study of its kind, published in the Journal of Archaeological Science, detected the stress hormone cortisol in the hair of ancient Peruvians, who lived between 550 and 1532 A.D.
So now that you know your stress isn't new, it's time to take charge of it and make sure that you control the stress and not the other way around. By opting in to my bi-monthly newsletter you will get lots of healthy information on how to improve your stress levels and help to gain your optimum health.
